The event brought together media, industry professionals, community leaders, and creatives to unveil the 2025 festival vision, highlight key initiatives, and announce exciting programming plans. Festival founder Rogers Ofime & Gloria Thompson shared powerful remarks on the importance of representation, collaboration, and building platforms that uplift Black voices across the Prairies and beyond.

Special guests and partners joined in the announcement, affirming their commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the arts.
